The hotel has a great location especially for visiting Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The room was clean (we had a deluxe room on the 3rd floor of the outbuilding), was cleaned daily. There were water bottles and tea bags and a kettle. New slippers every day. There was a safe and a refrigerator. It was heated very warm (25 degrees). The breakfast was very extensive, almost a lunch. The staff is friendly and helpful. In the lobby there is a money exchange machine, there you can even exchange 20 €. It costs fees, but it works in case of need. The next train stop is Tianamen East about 900 m away.

The rooms are in need of renovation, carpeting is dirty, so you need to have slippers. But I don't think it is necessary to put new slippers shrink-wrapped in plastic every day. Also the wallpaper comes from the wall and there are rust spots in the shower. The room is overheated and you cannot regulate the heating, just open the window. The staff tries hard, but speaks bad English and is not able to call a taxi, except for the one time for the airport. The coffee at the breakfast is not very good, so that we had breakfast 3 times from one week somewhere else. In the breakfast room it was relatively cool, because the wind was blowing through the windows. But outside it was - 11 degrees.

The location of this hotel is fantastic as it is very close to the subway, making it easy to explore the city. We arrived via the "Tian'anmen East" metro station for Line 1, which took us pretty much anywhere we wanted to go. Moreover, the hotel is within walking distance of attractions like Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, making it convenient for dining and shopping.

Dank room in basement (not disclosed during booking) with tiny 10" high window to street. Street normally not busy, but horrendous noisy through the night due to countless huge trucks rumbling by, people screaming, banging, yelling past 4 am. Phone calls & email to Days Inn China remained unanswered.

The hotel's location in the alley is perfect for exploring the city, as it is close to tourist attractions and the bustling shopping street. The staff is very friendly and helpful, even assisting in calling a taxi to the airport. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for guests.

The lack of English proficiency among some staff members can be frustrating at times, hindering smooth communication.

The services they "offered" like free wifi in the room. There is no wifi in the room and, the wifi was not working anywhere - not even in the lobby. The staff were so relaxed saying - "the wifi is not working". So, a service is not provided and ... it is not a big problem. The rooms are so small ... The information we received from reception is quite poor. They were not able to provide an information about a turistic bus station (which was in the close area - Tienanmen plazza). So - value for money is poor.

Staff at the reception is extremely rude and the bellboy at the entrance constantly asking for money.

This hotel is a great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a short walk to catch a taxi or explore Tian'anmen Square to the west. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near 2 subway stations, making it easy to get around. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities provided are satisfactory. The rooms on level 2 offer a nice view and come with a comfortable queen bed. Although there is no ventilation, the included breakfast makes up for it.

All was okay, nothing to complain about.

The location of the Hotel is good, and not too far from the metro, and close to the Forbiden city.

the airco was noisy, but did work. During breakfast I saw only one sort of bread meats, might have been some more choise. On your website it said; "work station in each room", I never saw one, didn't complain either because I brought my lap-top.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot for tourists, with close proximity to Tienanmen Square, the Forbidden City wall, and a variety of excellent local restaurants. It is also conveniently located on the subway, making it easy to navigate around the city. The rooms are clean and the staff provides helpful service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and take advantage of amenities such as one-use slippers, toothbrushes, complimentary bottled water, and tea.

Some guests have reported noise issues with the bedroom doors closing and occasional noise from other guests in the corridors.

The hotel was in an excellent location next door to the forbidden city, and close to the metro and the major sights. The room was clean with the necessary amentities, kettle shower gel etc.

The tours sold at the front desk were expensive. The food in the hotel restaurants is expensive. The price quoted on Booked.net does not include the 15% service tax.

Great location, within 10 mins walking distance to Tiananmen Sq, Wangfujng and subway stations. a bus outside serves to Qianmen and Olympic Park. Nice, modern, clean 3* small chain that does not lack character, but yet offers all you need for a city/culture/sightseeing break, if not more.

Pay a bit more for the deluxe, because although there is no scenic view, a view of the outside (hotel, hutong) is better than nothing and makes all the difference instead of the Budget basement dungeon ones! The hardware of the rooms is worn out, budget materials/fixtures but having said that everything is in good working condition and water temperature and pressure is great.
